Soul Ya Yoga was born from a simple but powerful truth: we all deserve a place to come home to. A place where the body can soften, the heart can speak, and the soul can rise again. As a Hmong woman, a mother, a healer, and a guide, I created Soul Ya Yoga because I knew our community needed more than just movement. We needed space for rest, remembrance, and rebirth.
