I just attended my first retreat with Soul Ya Yoga this weekend and, as promised, it gave me time to rest, reflect, and reset. What I did not expect (a great thing!) was how healing the retreat would be. Ka Zoua is skilled and easily creates a safe space to try yoga for the first time and she also cultivates activities that got me to think about how to be more generous to myself and the people around me. Soul Ya Yoga would be a great place to check out if you, like me, need to be more present in your body or want to try out yoga and meditation without feeling judged.

I've attended two of Ka Zoua's retreat and both were amazing! I love how she creates such a safe space for us to release what no longer serves us and allows us to tap into our spirituality and intuition. One of my favorite workshops are the SOMA Breathwork. At the beginning of the workshop, I was breathing so heavily that I didn't even make it through one breathing cycle, but as we continued I learned how to control my breathing better. Learning this SOMA Breathwork technique I've been able to control more of my thoughts and anxiety. These retreats have helped me build more confidence, overcome my limiting beliefs and be in control of my life. I highly recommend attending the next one!

I walked into this retreat not fully realizing how deeply my mind, body, and soul needed it. Kazoua was an incredible instructor who gently guided me back to myself with so much care and intention.
