Yin Yoga Class

Yin Yoga focuses on slow, mindful stretches to release tightness, improve flexibility, and foster balance. With long-held poses, Yin Yoga helps bring relaxation and awareness to both body and mind.

Yoga Nidra for Sleep

Yoga Nidra, known as “yogic sleep,” guides you to a state of deep rest, almost like a peaceful dream. This guided meditation helps reduce stress and can provide restorative rest equivalent to hours of quality sleep.

Silent Meditation

Silent Meditation invites you to a tranquil state of deep stillness and rest, nurturing a peaceful connection with your inner self. This practice helps reduce stress, quiet the mind, and provide restorative calm that rejuvenates the body and soul.

How to Prepare for Your Class

To support your comfort during Yin Yoga or Yoga Nidra, we recommend avoiding a full meal within 2 hours before practice. All mats and props will be ready for you in the studio, free of charge.

A Few Notes to Support Your Experience

  • Free street parking is available. When you arrive, use the door keypad to call us, and we’ll buzz you in.

  • Please arrive about 5 minutes early so you can settle in. Since the doors remain locked during class, late arrivals may not be able to enter once we begin.

  • Feel free to use the restroom before class starts, so you can relax without interruption.

  • Plan to stay for the full hour and give yourself the gift of the complete experience.

  • Kindly turn off your phone to create a peaceful space for yourself and others.

  • If lying on your back feels uncomfortable, you’re welcome to use a rolled-up blanket behind your knees or let us know—we’re here to help.

  • Most importantly, bring an open heart and mind, ready to receive exactly what your body and spirit need.

Come Join Us for Class

Whether it’s your very first class or one of many, you are warmly welcomed here. With only 6 students per class and no mirrors in the space, you’re invited to gently turn inward and connect with yourself. No experience is needed, simply come as you are, and we’ll support you every step of the way.

Yoga Nidra is my favorite class with Ka Zoua. I feel calmer and more relaxed after the sessions. It allows me to let go of thoughts that are stressing me out or creating anxiety for me. Attended Yoga Nidra and let me just say, it’s relaxing and it helped cleared my mind. I came in tense and feeling overwhelmed. I had the chance to do a Yoga Nidra practice with Ka Zoua and it was amazing! I love how she led us through each process of the practice in a comfortable pace. From small things like providing calming oil and showing us a different method of breathing to co-creating the practice together with those that were present. Every little details helped made the practice even better. After the practice, I felt more relaxed and rejuvenated. It definitely felt like I had gotten a well rested 8 hours sleep in that one hour practice. I could tell it also helped me control my emotions better that day as I was dealing with my 4 kids and anything else I had going on.
