Yoga Nidra is my favorite class with Ka Zoua. I feel calmer and more relaxed after the sessions. It allows me to let go of thoughts that are stressing me out or creating anxiety for me. Ka Zoua is really good at putting me into a dreamlike state where I am resting soundly but still following her voice as she guides me through the meditation. I have some trouble sleeping so I appreciate the practice very much and am always excited for the next opportunity for Yoga Nidra.

Attended Yoga Nidra and let me just say, it’s relaxing and it helped cleared my mind. I came in tense and feeling overwhelmed. Once I laid back and started the session, all the emotions and thoughts became clear. I was able to focus and concentrate. It helped with my insomnia and anxiety. Would definitely recommend Ka Zoua for all her available sessions. My favorite sessions are Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga!

I had the chance to do a Yoga Nidra practice with Ka Zoua and it was amazing! I love how she led us through each process of the practice in a comfortable pace. From small things like providing calming oil and showing us a different method of breathing to co-creating the practice together with those that were present. Every little details helped made the practice even better. After the practice, I felt more relaxed and rejuvenated. It definitely felt like I had gotten a well rested 8 hours sleep in that one hour practice. I could tell it also helped me control my emotions better that day as I was dealing with my 4 kids and anything else I had going on. I highly recommend Ka Zoua's yoga practices as she does a wonderful job. I look forward to attending many more of her sessions. Thank you Ka Zoua!
