What to Expect in a Private Group Class

Our private group classes start at $150 per hour for 1-4 people, with a minimum booking of 2 hours. Additional participants are $25 each.

  • What is Thai Yoga Bodywork?
    Thai Yoga Bodywork is a healing practice combining gentle yoga stretches, acupressure, and energy work to enhance flexibility, relieve stress, and promote overall well-being.
  • What are the simple benefits of Thai Yoga Bodywork?
    The benefits of Thai Yoga Bodywork include improved flexibility, reduced stress, enhanced circulation, and overall relaxation for both body and mind.
  • How much is Thai Yoga Bodywork?
    Our current rates are $175 for 90 minutes and $225 for 120 minutes. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • What’s the difference between a 90 min and 120 min sessions?
    The 90-minute session offers more extensive stretching and relaxation, while the 120-minute session provides deeper healing and additional time for rest and consultation. If you opt for energy work, we recommend booking the 120 minutes.
  • How often should I do Thai Yoga Bodywork?
    To experience lasting benefits, it's recommended to receive Thai Yoga Body Work sessions every 2-4 weeks, depending on your individual needs and wellness goals.
  • What do I wear for a Thai Yoga Bodywork session?
    For a Thai Yoga Bodywork session, we recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing for easy movement and body adjustments. If you tend to get cold quickly, we recommend bringing a sweater. If you need time to change, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment.
  • Can I opt out of the energy work and just do the body work?
    Yes! Please indicate this in the Client Intake Form. On the day of, we always start with a consultation at the beginning and you can share this request with us.
  • Where are these Thai Yoga Bodywork sessions held?
    We currently offer Thai Yoga Bodywork in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
