Join us for a nourishing Yin to Nidra practice, a slow, grounding hour designed to help your body release tension and your mind find deep rest. We’ll begin with Yin poses to open the body, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra meditation to help you enter a state of profound relaxation and renewal.
This class is open to all levels. Bring your mat, a blanket, and an open heart.
