RSVP Commitment
By submitting your RSVP, you and your guest commit to attending the event. If your plans change, please notify us at least 7 days before the event date.

Event Attendance
This event is intended for registered guests only. Names will be checked off at entry.

COVID-19 & Health Safety
We follow local health guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety. Please do not attend if you feel unwell or have been exposed to contagious illness.

Photo & Media Release
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded during the event. These materials may be used for Soul Ya promotions and social media.

Code of Conduct
We expect all guests to respect one another, the venue, and the event staff. Harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

Alcohol Policy
Alcohol may be served at this event. Guests 21+ are expected to drink responsibly and respect the venue’s rules. Intoxicated or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without explanation.
