Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change. As a small business run by a person with financial responsibilities and others depending on this income, we truly appreciate your understanding of our policy below. All sales are final. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice—you may reschedule once. Failure to attend your rescheduled session will result in forfeiture of your purchase. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to your session. LATE ARRIVALS: We understand that delays can happen, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to honor the appointments scheduled after yours. Please note that the full session cost will still apply, regardless of the adjusted treatment time. RESPECT POLICY: At Soul Ya Yoga, we are committed to providing a space of integrity, professionalism, and high-quality bodywork services. To ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone, we have a strict zero-tolerance policy for any inappropriate comments, requests, or behaviors that fall outside professional standards. If such an incident occurs, the session will end immediately, and the full-service fee will apply.
