Service Description

This 60-minute Yoga Nidra class will help you find peace, reduce stress, and reset your nervous system. If you're feeling overwhelmed or struggling with sleep, this class is for you. This class aims to rest the body to help you reach a deep state of relaxation, almost like being in a peaceful dream. You'll be guided while lying comfortably on the floor throughout the class. An optional mind-clearing technique that includes gentle hand placements on the head and shoulders is offered to those interested. The yogis believe 30-45 minutes of this deep rest equals 4 hours of quality sleep. Yoga mats and blankets are available for use at the studio. Instructions: 1. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. 2. Use the restroom ahead of time. 3. Plan to stay the entire hour; leaving early may cause distraction to others. 4. Turn off your phone. 5. If you have discomfort laying on your back, use a blanket, roll it up, and insert it behind your knees or ask Ka Zoua for support. 6. Come with an open mind and be ready to receive what your body needs for that day. 7. All purchases are final. Waiver Requirement: All adults must submit a signed waiver during online registration. Please review and complete it at the time of registration. Registering Without an Email: If you are bringing someone without an email address, such as an elder, please contact us at soulyayoga@gmail.com for assistance. Cancellation Policy

Soul Ya Yoga Studio Policy 1. Payment & Booking Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your spot. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling All Sales are Final: We’re a small, one‑owner studio with fixed costs—thank you for your understanding! Reschedule Window: You may reschedule once with at least 12 hours’ notice. Late Reschedules & No‑Shows: Requests made under 12 hours before class/session = forfeit of purchase. No‑shows = no reschedule and no refund. 3. Late Arrivals Doors lock promptly at the scheduled start time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to park, check in, and settle in. Late entry is not permitted for safety and to minimize disruptions. 4. Health & Safety Pre‑Class Prep: Use the restroom and hydrate before class. Medical Clearance: If you have any injuries, health conditions, or are pregnant, please let your instructor know and seek your healthcare provider’s approval. Illness Policy: If you’re feeling unwell (fever, cough, stomach issues), please stay home and reschedule. 5. Respect & Conduct We cultivate a professional, inclusive, and nurturing environment. Zero Tolerance: Any harassment, inappropriate comments, or unprofessional behavior will result in immediate termination of the session (full fee applies). Shared Space Etiquette: Silence your phone. Keep voices low before/after class. 6. Liability Waiver By attending class or a private session, you acknowledge that yoga, breathwork, and bodywork involve physical movement and carry some risk. You agree to release Soul Ya Yoga and its instructors from liability for injury sustained while participating. 7. Privacy & Media Confidentiality: Personal stories shared in class remain confidential within the group. No photos or videos of fellow students without their explicit verbal consent. Group photos may be taken at the end of class or events. We will always ask for verbal consent before posting on social media. You are welcome to opt out at any time—no explanation needed.
